Those bags are folded up in a box before using. There's no way a scorpion got in there accidentally. Unless some McDonald's employee purposely put it in there, the most likely excuse is a student, other faculty member, or the teacher himself. I'd guess the teacher is a dick and pissed off some wacko at the school.

He probly realized he didnt have enough to get a mansion and a tesla car at the same time so he said "Oh, Look McDonalds easy target" hopefully McDonalds doesnt roll over and they fight this tell the end.

Since the bag was transported from the McDonald's to another location, who's to say the scorpion wasn't in the person's car and climbed into the bag; not really lawsuit material......I don't like scorpions, but, they are a part of life here in AZ...
