every ophthalmologist knows about laser vitreolysis.... it is given in kanski book (
utmost primary) also which is like the least one should know.
but it is just i dont believe that it is safe and researched enough,,,,,,

@TheZorseWhisperer describe ur symptoms ? ,,,, u well could be confusing it with something physiological ....
-
@ulriksj ... migraine may well be the cause .... u aint supposed to have floaters at that young age .... ....
-
@DAROMSninja retinal trauma and since patients with vitroeus floaters are old patients / myopic patients and post traumatic patients ,,, not very often but yes u may land up with retinal detachment ....... which is vision threatening .. :)
-
@DAROMSninja pulses of light ( dots like ) are very normal to c ... this is called entoptic phenomenon .... u see ur own cells in blood vessel while looking at the sky and like while looking at the fog. completely physiological ,,,,, needs no treatment at all rather if u c these it means that ur macula is normal ... it is one of the macular function test .................... well i hope i am hitting on the right track .... & almost all the floaters go unnoticed with mere patient education ...
