It's definitely comb. But, in the other side's defense, it could have been coat. It rhymes through something called alliteration. We songwriters use it all the time haha.

@ilsmkm Oh, I didn't expect a reply from you haha. But since I have your attention, I believe her hair is russled from the hat she was wearing. He says "I'll take your hat, your hair looks swell," at 1:13. And no problem. :)
