Hero For A Day - Full Movie

Sorry for the low quality! This is the 2009 redux of my 2002 film "Hero For A Day" starring Sean Callan. This was filmed in my hometown of Long Island, Maine and premiered at the old Spar Restaurant (now torn down) in August 2002. We projected the movie through a MiniDV Tape onto a big screen with a stereo sound system. It was a good showing.

The movie was originally shot on MiniDV utilizing a Sony TRV-900 which belonged to my fellow producer Branden Geistert.

This is one of my favorite projects because of what I went through to make it - and then what I went through in 2009 to re-edit and re-structure the entire movie. The original 2002 version isn't available online, however, if you're interested, you can get a DVD off Amazon that has both versions, plus cut footage, behind the scenes footage and an audio commentary.

The score in this version is by Roxy Haji, with sound design by Branden Geistert. The original includes original score by Jeff Cusack.
