    Aloha kelani

  • I dance with this halau.we just went to competition

  • I'm the filmmaker of this film. Thank you for making the distinction between the different dances of the different islands. I am fully aware of this, I myself drum Tahitian and dance various dances. I was not trying to play off an otea as hula, just trying to showcase the many talents of this great halau

  • Great documentary on a mainland halau. Although, the text above and the Kumu speak about traditional hula - kahiko, yet some of the clips were those of dances from Tahiti. Hula is from Hawai`i and is completely different from dances of Tahiti. Not trying to cause any trouble just want to people to be aware of this misconception.
