For years, when a jumbo jet reached the end of its 30-year lifespan, it would end up as scrap or rot on a runway. But at the Evergreen Air Centre in Arizona, planes past their prime are recycled. Recycling is important to our future. If we continue to take and take, there will be nothing left for our children's grandchildren. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Reduce the amount and toxicity of trash you throw away and Reuse containers and products. Recycle as much as possible and buy products with recycled content. Please enjoy in 1080p HD, rate thumbsup and comment.

  • its good to see big labour work done in us

  • Lol, I recently saw someone claiming that Aeroturbine is a CIA front company

  • wait until they start taking apart an A380, then they will prefer to take apart a 747

  • "The second story, the 747 is the only passenger plane that has one" Wtf they forgot the A380! Or is this just a very old video?

  • if you dont want to waste your time watching the whole film..watch til 05:40 and you will see everything...god how i hate this kind of films

  • i think they are showing two different aircraft. at one point the aircraft has a black nose and at the other clip its has a complete white nose.

  • Their explanation of how the jet engines work is utter garbage. The core always burns fuel to produce thrust, the fan is just the first stage compressor.

  • I really liked that commercial of Boeing with the Harlem Globetrotters :)

  • This is whats great about metal, it can be re-used. Plastics can't.

  • Here's some info on this plane: N73717 Aircraft Description Serial Number 22969 Type Registration Corporation Manufacturer Name BOEING Certificate Issue Date 12/09/2002 Model 747-243B Expiration Date 06/30/2013 Type Aircraft Fixed Wing Multi-Engine Status Valid Pending Number Change None Type Engine Turbo-fan Date Change Authorized None Dealer No MFR Year 1983 Mode S Code 52363647 Fractional Owner NO Aircraft Registration prior to Deregistration Name MARKETAIR HAWAII INC
