@puneetinc it's typical laconic NZ humour. It is true that a pie after 12 hours in a warmer is going to be excessively hot and likely to burn your mouth. So you must always blow on the pie (to cool it down). It's the kind of thing you say to your small child.

And you know, suuuure he's going out to get a pie at that time of morning in dark clothes with a torch.

It's the 'safer communities together" thing that gets me every time, because it was a police advertising slogan.
