It's amazing how out dated this is from only two years ago. I can get well over 3 GHz with some fans on a non over clocked cpu. This is still cool though.

BIOS will only get you so far, once you get a max clock in BIOS it usually will not survive the windows boot load. thats why we use SETFSB so we can get the max stable clock for windows boot load and than push it farther in the OS through a PLL clock gen.
