@SuperPowerPKMN This is still Pokemon Emerald, so Waterfall would have been a Special move instead of a Physical move, hence no point teaching it Waterfall anyway.

thats not fucking fair!!! the only time i've gone up against a frontier leader was against this bitch, and my three pokemon were like less than half of their hp, poisened, and the stupid seviper slaughtered my first pokemon, so i sent out the next i think was a fire type and the shukle used earthquake -___- i used my last pokemon blaziken, and milotic slaughtered him
