@cableaddict ok dont fucking tell me manny has the IQ of a 4 year old. it doesnt mean he has the IQ of a four year old when he cant speak english!and yea he does have trainers that speak it but its not like they give him english classes just to understand him!in the phillippines we kind of combine english and filipino together and thats ALL hes ever learned. last of all Manny is in CONGRESS in the phillippines.he may not be able to speak english but apparently he can sure as hell run in congress
