underCURRENT at The Sugar Club - Opening Night! : Teaser 01

underCURRENT is a new monthly event showcasing Dublin's top talent in the areas of drag, cabaret, live music and comedy with a hint of burlesque for extra spice. Each event will be themed and the audience are encouraged to dress up and be part of it!

Opening night is July 1st 2011 and will be themed... Opening Night!... patrons are invited to gussy up in their best gowns and tuxes and join the stars of the show on the red carpet where "paparazzi" will be waiting outside the Sugar Club to snap you from your very best angle.

Performing on the night, Phil T. Gorgeous, DialEmma, Sade O'Sapphic, Slick O, Julian Mandrews, Randall Jones on Male Hormones and Conan Drum. Plus very Special Guest Joe Soap. Featuring the jazzed-up musical stylings of Miss Ruby Noir and Lady K. With comedy from stand up stalwart Sonya Kelly. An original Alternative Burlesque Showcase by Miss Lucy Rhineheart.
