@38006 I suppose it is, but I dunno, until the sawed-off I could always be offensive, and not have to you know, worry about being gibbed. But True, it is part of the game.

@38006 You were just barely out of range that is why. But yea the S/O was one of the easiest guns to use ever if the user was semi decent at overall mobility/wall bouncing. I stopped using it in the beta because I got bored with how simple it was to use... didn't really feel like I earned much by using basically 4 round frag grenade that doesn't hurt me when i fire it lol.

it wasn't overpowered it was just a noobcannon. The spread was so stupid how you could just fire in the "general area" as long as you are close and get a kill. It just dumbs down what has made gears so good the past iterations. Even though Gears 2 was pretty sloppy.

@NissanZaxima but @2:13 i didnt get a kill and i did aim in the area he was in . so its not that easy . not to mention the chainsaw is not like gears1 or 2
