  • @scootergreen3 are u talking about after you install windows? The reason it ask u to insert the disk is so it can install the drivers, such as you Bluetooth.

  • @scootergreen3 it's not that hard to install this video shows how to install xp on your Mac. It doesn't take any longer then if you need to install it on a windows computer. As for Sony Vegas, I prefer final cut pro.

  • Does it matter what windows 7 disk I use? Please reply, they cost a lot and I wanna get the right one

  • @weedge123 which one is up to u, but be sure which ever one you buy can be bootcamped not all of them can depending on where you buy, all i can say is do you homework for windows7, i prefer XP on mine its faster and takes less of my hard drive space.

  • That be super sweet if you weren't eating while your giving instructions. Soo annoying. Plus you never explained why you format certain ways. Why don't you keep them why do you use the particular one and WHAT DO THEY MEAN. For how much you emphasized not to format certain ways you never explained them

  • My Mac came with an apps installation cd and the Mac ox cd..? What cd do u need.? Or u just a windows7 cd.?? Plz reply back, thnks

  • My mac did not come with a CD, what can i do.

  • @danialashouri I STILL HAVENT FOUND IT :(

  • @Thatguysnowboards PLEASE TELL ME THE ANSWER IF YOU GET IT

  • Back up the disk and use Disk Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again.

I KEEP GETTING THIS ERROR SOMEONE MESSAGE ME ASAP I NEED HELP PLEASE!

  • Hello Techchick27. I wonder why I have to reinstall the Mac OSX DVD, because it's already installed in my Imac 2011?

  • Hi Techchick27 I have bootcamp on my Imac 2011. There are places to buy XP home edition service pack 3 on disks but do I just insert the XP disk and follow the prompts and install it and that's all there is to it. The reason I ask is a person who builds PCs told me that it is very difficult and time consuming to install windows on a Mac. I don't see why though. If I have XP disks what else would there be to do. Then I will install Sony Vegas. I'm asking because I don't know.
