The lazy or military vault is suposed to be done with one hand and you roll the moment you land not a second after like you were doing

parkour is constantly changing. when i started there was no monkey vault, it was all kong vaults. 6months later i made this tutorial and there was now a monkey and a kong vault. Lazy vault was as i depicted it here, and it was called a lazy vault. now it seems that that has changed again. no point in arguing.
The purpose of parkour is to move. whatever those moves are called is meaningless, what matters is the movement.
Rolls serve the purpose of maintaining movement and cushioning a fall.

i agree. however it was a windy days (which is common when living by the ocean), and all our sound was fuzzy as a result of the wind.
i had intended to make another tutorial, however windom and i have taken seperate paths in colleges and no longer live near each other. finding time to record parkour now is quite difficult for me.
