HAARP Weather front?? London - 10th feb 09

Today i woke up to a clear blue sunny day..
Was the same up till around 2pm when as usual this weird bubbly silvery reflective hazy weather starts clouding over the sky..

Is this HAARP at work?
Almost everyday around the same time these huge masses of strange clouds pass where i live...


Then they just vanish...I would like to add just in the small time its taken me to put this video together the whole sky is clear again yet theres no signs of the strange clouds i filmed...
As if they just vanished into thin air or dipersed so fine till they are air particles we cannot see... Has anybody else also noticed this??

same in australia ive never known it so cloudy and they never look normal,and convenientlly they have recently been discovering brand new cloud formations one is called asperatus an looks forboding, the other they confess openly began its life as a contrail, and they seem to be the most common clouds in the sky.look at national geographic.clouds or just google clouds.the current world leaders are PSYCHOPATHS.

@sanluisskywatch Never been to California but I think is kind of like southern Spain...very varied areas sorrounded by deserts and oceans...sunny warm places, and suddenly 4 months of rains and cold.this year has been socially declared as catastrophic...and very weird...and about chemtrails cant say much...it's been very cloudy since the end of summer...btw, how did China had such little rain during the olympics?it's kinda weird...

@CollinMacRoke I live in San Luis Obispo, CA, which is also Chapparal.. I have been seeing a ton of chemtrails recently, and we have also been getting an unusually high amount of rainfall here.. so far 160% normal, and very low UV index, with heavy chemtrail activity increasing.

Southern Spain, one of the most dry areas in Europe...it's not that never rains here but it's been raining from december pretty much non-stop, we've got floods, tornados coming from the sea, very strong winds and so much rain in the winter (non-raining season at all) that I fear spring (rain season). By the way, the entire Spain was covered with snow a month ago...it would be ok for the north but not for the entire peninsula, extremely low temperature (-24ºC!!!!negative peak of course) Scary!!!
