Pavane pour une Infante Defunte, also known as Pavane for a Dead Princes or Pavane for a Dead Infanta, by Maurice Ravel performed by the San Jose State University Guitar Quartet. The piece was originally written as a piece for solo piano and later orchestrated for Symphony by Ravel. This arrangement is by one of the quartet's favorite arrangers, Jeremy Sparks. This particular performance took place at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph in San Jose Ca. as part of the Cathedral's annual Season of Hope Performance Series; a benefit concert series for social outreach in down town San Jose. the members of the quartet are, form left to right: Denis Ryman, Lisa LeFevre, Jon Sharp, and Daniel Foley.
