Please help me to build one, teach me, i cant understand what the Atmel Atmega16 microcontroller does !!, and where can i get one of those !

Read the instructable several times and decide if you think you can do it, i can't tell how much experience or capacity to learn you have, only you can tell... if you've never soldered anything before i would suggest start with something easier. Also you have to find for yourself where you can source the parts in your country,.. best of luck!
