@Xalimotologist Had this been in the United States, my fifth amendment would have given me the right to have not answered his questions once the officer shifts his questions from investigatory to accusatory especially at 5:36. I hope this video is shown to the head pancho in charge.

Law enforcement and police officers are nothing but civil servants whose job is to contribute to the proper administration of justice. However, there are officers who go above and beyond their job description just to simply harass and abuse citizens on laws and rights they're entitled to but not know. I commend you for standing your ground and knowing your rights. It's very important to know your rights. Great job! Funny how he said the calm gentlemen was being very aggressive.
