Miss Piggy sings "Never on Sunday" for the opening number in episode 309 of The Muppet Show. True to the song's Greek writer and the film in which it first appeared, Miss Piggy incorporates plate-smashing "Greek" dancing into her rendition.

This was inspired by "Pote tin Kiriaki" (Never on Sunday), a milestone movie of the greek cinematography. The legendary Melina Merkouri was the protagonist, but i think that miss Piggy here is a reference to another legendary greek actress, Aliki Vougiouklaki.
