i think using treadmills to supliment your dog's exercise is an excellent idea. that dog looks lean and strong.

the dog whisperer is a huge advocate of treadmill exercise for dogs. by the way, your dog is gorgeous! wish my rottie had one to walk on !

treadmills are an amazing tool for dogs. it challenges the mind, builds focus, and works the dog physically as well. there is nothing negative to say it and it sounds like you are the type of person who doesn't use this as a replacement for walks and other forms of play and exercise. both my dobes run in our treadmill and they get on the thing on their own. they really enjoy it.

HAHAHA. my dobie loved to do this. it was sometimes a problem because when I tried to use it he would crowd me and try to fit too. which of course, didnt work too well.

All know-it-all so called dog/doberman experts: Keep your opinions to yourself I already have enough of my own. Thanks. It's supposed to say "17 months old". It is awesome excercise for the dog. It's not cruel, they run to get on it and if one is on it the others try to get on with them. They are not chained to it, there are bars at the sides to stop them from slipping off. I have 4 of these beautiful creatures that love this unit. No more negative comments needed.
