Palletising of Dairy Products

This video is of a KUKA KR 100-PA palletising Robot that we used in the dairy industry for palletising six packs of a particular dairy product. The Robot cell ancillary equipment and guarding is constructed from Stainless Steel to meet food industry wash down standards. The Robot picks up the Pallet places it on a stainless steel pallet conveyor then picks up a slip sheet, places it on the pallet then commences palletising of the product. The Robot picks up five six packs of product at one time and stacks them on the pallet. In between each layer a slip sheet is placed by the Robot for more secure stacking.
