Dual Zone Remo Practice Pad e-Drum Conversion

This video demonstrates functionality of a Remo drum practice pad that has been converted to a two zone electronic drum trigger pad. A piezo is mounted to the outer shell under the pad - this pics up the rim stirkes. A piezo is mounted to a metal plate that is sandwiched between two layers of foam directly under the mesh drum head. The white dot is there as a reference for this video. It indicates the location of the 'rim' piezo mounted on the underside of the drum pad case.
