  • i saw you pedaling dude. Lol

  • Try to peddle a bike like this to 27mph not going to happen. Even while doing 27mph I was unable to get to 29mph.

    24v battery = 18mph

    36v battery = 27mph

    It's not rocket science.

  • So where's the 36v modification video?

  • I need to upgrade my e bike to how can I do that I have trails bike 2008

  • I just shit my pants. A putrid rectal mudslide down my leg. :-)

  • 43 kph

  • @EcoForumZ can you please just paste the exact URL on here so we can find it?

I just impulse bought a 2009 Ezip Trailz in gray from Toys 'R' Us yesterday. Retail was $500 and it was marked down to $300 because it was the last one. I wheeled and dealed and took it off their hands for only $250. A great buy! I'm excited to try it out today!

So basically, if I were to buy a larger voltage battery it'd increase the overall speed of the bike? Is there a speed limiter or controller on the ezip - cause I'm afraid to make the investment and be limited to the factory default speed. I look forward to your response.

  • Please write to me personally - harry@everhart.com - about this conversion.

  • You cannot run 36 volt batteries on most 2008 and all 2009 ezips. The controller limits you to 24-30 volts.

  • what is the range on this battery pack? I'm considering Ezip instead of building one from a kit. Thanks

  • @EcoForumZ hmmm once you reach 40km/h you hit wind barrier and than need twice the power to over come that. Same with cars.
