@jumpthegun56 ... Well Dude, it's called proper technique and conservation of movement. Playing drums should not be a workout at the gym. Zack Albetta is not only an excellent drummer, his knowledge of Latin rhythms far exceeds that of most Latin musicians. Not only can he do it well and teach it well, he knows why it's being done and can explain the roots of the technique. Pay attention and you'll get a genuine education you're not likely to receive outside a university... free!

zack , many thanks , for a long time now i have been tryin to break down and learn a section from greg bissonettes solo from the b rich concert, a little latin pattern that drove me nuts , during his solo , couldnt quite grasp it , or was playin it wrong , UNTIL NOW !!!! re cascara patter h/h/ , rumba clave , two bow foot , at last now i can master it once again thank you , simon , uk :)
