yeah I just got a 2 and it sounds brilliant. Funny I agree the old virus b sounds better to me than the ti. have no idea about the nord's but I never did take to them. I'm glad I discovered this and maybe one day I'll pick up a used desktop b for a good price.

definatelya higher definition engine and sound . . .this machine does outdoor the virus a/d and sound . . .i used many synths and love the virus ti but it has cheap outs and a very digitized sound thats thin . . .checkout mk1 nord lead and then mk2/3 - each time the synth sounds worse !. . . .these people -clavia dn access are losing something their early synths had - something the spectralis has ! RICHNESS.,

thank you for your comment! :- ) I just have bought a Spectralis! I dont wanted to wait until 1.0 ...now the OS 0.97L is good enough to work with... :-))) The Sound is incredible PHAT!!! This synth rules and the groove engine has a better groove than a MPC!! SPECTRALIS FOREVER!!! :-))))))))

A demo well made and very informative,it gives you the real feel of the Speckie sound quality and the endless capabilities.

Spectralis sounds for my taste better than Virus or Nordlead!
I wait until OS V1.0 and then buy one! :-)

oh, played by his father....nice. i was in a music store about a year ago, a guy told me there they destroyed studio monitors because of the power of the analog synth. wow.
