I use to do a few similar exercises,sliding’s smooth and works stabiliser muscles too-bonus. Gym I use now has no slidable flooring,it's all safety rubber which is a shame.Thanks for posting-I have particularly enjoyed your clips,previous descriptions of muscle groups,attachment areas and basic kinesiology style descriptions of movements. Big TY for showing the close ups of active muscle engagement+slowing exercise down in full-it helps see which exact areas can be worked.
