topsoil screen machine, screener, which separates cured compost or shavings into 2 specific items. It's outputs are fine compost and woody carbon overs. You can also input gravel and sand mix and separate the two into the specific components, gravel and sand.

Screen has 2 mesh sizes. one is 3/8 inch open and the other is 3/4 - 1 inch open.

It is powered by a VW industrial diesel engine. Unit has an accessory hydraulic output with flow control. That feature has never been used.

Total unit hours is 1689 hours

2 of the conveyor belts on the machine are like new. One has wear, but still has plenty of life left in it.

We never really put it into full operation (evidenced by the running hours) since our main material separators are trommels. This satellite was spmetimes placed at the discharge of the fines of a trommel while trying to get an even finer product without doing a complete mesh size on the trommel.
