Ireland is such a beautiful place, such a shame there's so much political contention there.

Being mostly Irish, I can tell from the pics in this video why I feel so out of place in the USA, where industry and fascism are devouring our freedom, health, nature, and even our humanity as we quickly march towards a feudal system where the rulers are rich and the average person is merely a serf and a commodity. Our lives are traded on the NY stock exchange by social security numbers (true story).

This song lifts my spirits like few others. It's amazing! The whole album is definitely one of the best ones by Jethro Tull (although that's difficult to choose). Because the album lyrics have lots of Pagan references, I once gave the "Songs from the Wood" CD to a young friend who was Wiccan. He hadn't even been born when this was recorded, but he loved it anyway and it became one of his favourites, proving how timeless this is.

it's really stupid, considering they were the first to achieve the emmy for Rock N roll. Beating out Metallica, there producer told them there was no way they'd win so they didn't show up. Turns out they did...guess who got fired next day?
