Replacing 12 code 8 bays that some theives stole in Torquay, Devon, England. This is seriously thick lead!!

  • Nice job front of a role easy havnt mastered how to boss the back of the roll against a wall any chance of a video for that would be much appreciated

    For code 5/6 Its easier and quicker to weld the backs for against a wall, shape on bench and turn on end for welding (You need help holding etc) make sure to weld both sides.

    Codes 7/8 boss, mark out on bench, set in creases and lift part way upcreating pigs ear, then heat with LPG gun place a large timber on to bay surface and dress bit by bit slowly with banana like I used.

    Its reasonobly easy if you use heat, next job I do with code 8 I'll film it.
