  • I have watched both videos. Anybody with intelligence can see the gun video was different. The gun looked like a chrome 380 cal with wood handle overlay. Look at the location and distance from the street curb. The cell phone was close to the curb the gun was a greater distance away from the curb. I believe this man picked up both items, first the gun and to cover up, he dropped his cell phone close to the suspect and wanted to show himself picking up a cell phone. He WANTED someone to see. LOOK!

  • that slo-mo was so unneeded

  • @toniablack33 oh, so you sympathize with criminals? good for you. He was a god damn wanted pimp. Not a fucking outstanding citizen.

  • it's a small sliver gun dude pick up its not a cell phone

  • I don't really care too much because God knows what really happened and there is another life you have to live after this one so you may think you got a away with something but he see and hears all, even that young man if he did those crimes he too shall be judged but the high and mighty God

  • Definately a gun in the video, the cell phone that was picked up was in a completely different location

  • Looks like that cell phone pointed to tuned into a gun when picked up.

  • You obviously don't know what you're talking about because the media loves to cause public outrage against police, especially in San Francisco. They don't work together to minimize outrage because the more outrage the better it is for news ratings. Your cell phone video taken way after the incident proves nothing and looking at the distance from the curb to the gun and curb the "cell phone" is clearly no where near each other. This was just posted so you can try and cause public outrage.

  • The cell phone is not in the same location the "gun" was in the first part. The phone is way closer to the crowd. Either way it is a shame that anyone would loose their life over bus fare or that anyone would shoot at anyone over $1.10 - what MUNI cost when I last lived there.

  • It's so sad to see him fighting for his life like that. This shouldnt be on here for his family sake. My prayers go out to them. We need to get rid of the police that are the same as the thugs on the st.. B4 they pull the trigger they should no thats not the person who's going to suffer the most, it's all the people they'll leave behind. People always say RIP to the one thats gone. but what kind rest or peace do you give a mother after losing her child like that or anyone who loved him.
