  • gorgeoussss x i have bleached white/platinum blonde hair and was thinking of get just a couple of dark brown semi permanent lowlights put through as my mums friend had it done and her hair is the same shade of blonde as mine, i like my white hair and the brightness of it and if i decided to go ahead with lowlights i dont want the luminous and glow in the dark brightness taken away by too many lowlights how can i do them without too many? replies much appreciated thanks x

  • @TaniquaBabesxx Hi... just saw this... I've been jammed behind the hair chair since prior to Thanksgiving... of 2011 ;) ... I'm doing well... and NOW... YES too many lowlights and wrong application can result in drab and uneven overall color appearance. ... I suggest that you choose only few pieces of hair... select them as you would like to see them fall into your hair and under your hair... Do not paint every lowlight all the way out. Piece them out - finger them out. 10 vol.

  • Thanks for this technique! I went to visit my mom and of course i did her hair. I did the low lights from roots down to the mid shaft and the results came out very natural. i was really impressed on the how pretty the color turned out with out running it all the way down to the ends. Thanks.

  • I've never seen colour applied like this before. The result is gorgeous!

Did you take the lowlight colour to the ends?

  • @MyBellaColorStudio thank you so much for your help x

  • Bellissimo! Her cut is so pretty too!

  • Hi im trying to add really thin lowlights to my platinum blonde hair. In this video I noticed you already had each section spaced out before dying. My question is, how do you space it? How thick or thin?
