Death & Shahada (لا اله الا الله)

Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, "When a servant of Allah utters the words la ilaha illa'Allah (there is none worthy of worship except Allah) sincerely, the doors of heaven open up for these words until they reach the Throne of Allah, so long as its utterer keeps away from the major sins.'' (Tirmizhi, who says it is a hasan gharib hadith)

Abu Hurairah also reported that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, "Renew your faith." "How can we renew our faith?" they asked. The Prophet, peace be upon him, replied, "Say always, 'La ilaha ill-Allah'.'' (Reported by Ahmad with a sound chain of authorities)

Jabir reported that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, "The best remembrance of Allah is to repeat La ilaha ill-Allah and the best prayer is alhamdu li-Allah (All Praise is due to Allah).'' (Reported by Nasa'i, Ibn Majah, and Al-Hakim, who considers its chain sound)

Advise the dying person to say: "La ilaha illa-Allah" (there is no god but Allah). It is narrated on the authority of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Prompt your dying people to say: 'La ilaha illa-Allah'." (Muslim, Abu Daw'ud, Tirmizhi) Another report on the authority of Mu'azh ibn Jabal states that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "He whose last words are 'La ilaha illa- Allah' shall enter Paradise." (Narrated by Abu Daw'ud; Al-Hakim considers it a sound hadith)

I don't agree with those who say that the kaffirs are worshiping the dajjal and shaytan. I just recently said my Shahadah and became a Muslimah al7mdullah but before that I was a Christian. I know that I never worshiped shaytan or the dajjal, I worshiped God to my fullest ability of what I though was correct. Although I later learned what was correct because Allah the most Merciful showed me the truth, I still loved God and worshiped him even before that. I can't speak for all kaffirs, but I ju

Make dua in sujood, and in between the athan and the iqama. These are times when dua' are accepted. May Allah answer all of our dua' and bless us with this best in this life and in the akhira. if any has doubt about Quran and Islam He should watch and see the Old Bible found in Turkey,Hand written by Gold,you must clear your doubt before die,Now Aramic Bible which have proof that the Bible proves the Qur'an is true. This Bible is the Teachings of Jesus, and not stories about The teachings of Jesus. Jesus is not divine, nor the son of God. @mandiraebruce May Allah bless you sister in islam. RE: kafirs worshiping satan. They worship jesus as god which is not ,so satan is the one they worship ,without knowing it. Thats what it is meant when said , they worship satan.
