This is an original 1981 Namco/Midway Galaga machine in perfect condition. It has been fully restored, all new artwork on sides, control panel, kickpanel and marquee- as well as a new HAPP's monitor installed with a brand new 48-in- JAMMA arcade board. It plays 48 classic vertical games and is bright, crisp & clear.

  • Cool game, how did it start off as, and empty cab or did you build it?

  • @ArcadeGames

It was originally a pac-man, but the artwork was badly faded and sanded and repainted, and Galaga repro artwork was applied. Did get a new monitor from Happs and stuff.

  • Nice Cab, but does it play Metroid? :P

  • Nah, my NES does that. But I take it you liked the bg music? ;)

  • galaga is good.

  • No, it doesn't- that is a fun game though! It's latest Galaga incarnation in Galaga 3.

  • Does it have Galaga 88?

  • I wish, but Gauntlet is a horizontal game so it wont work in this set-up.

  • Aha! yes I just upgraded to that board. This machine now has the 60-1.
