@RainOnTheWindow Brown is definitely cooler than Rachel Ray, and we learn a lot more from him. But on this episode, I don't think he's showing us very much, or as enthusiastic as on some other episodes. Maybe he was just sick or something, I still think he's the man.

I'm not sure what you mean by saying he doesn't care. AB cares about teaching us how food works.
Plus he's WAY cooler then Rachel Ray. She just makes noise at you. AB talks to you and is fun to watch.
