made this the other day, alnog w/ the tomato provencal, and both came out terrific! FYI, i actually guessed at the temp, and used about 400F, which is actually about 200C.
but one word of advice? maybe have at least the list of ingredients and measurements in the "description" window? we can always find the conversion online somewhere.

Ok for 400F, in fact it depends of your oven and kind of dough you use.

Regards très bons. J'aime que vous ayez le manteau d'un chef dessus. Cette votre maison est-elle cuisine ? J'emploie des poissons de Babel pour traduire ceci ainsi s'il est horrible nous peut blâmer l'Internet et le système d'éducation de l'état uni. De nouveau, vos videos sont frais.

I never knew quiche is so simple! Do you need to keep the paper on the pate feuilletee? How hot was the oven?

Yes is really quite simple. Keep the paper if you don't it will stick and your quiche will be an old souvenir...
Keep your oven around 210° C (I don't have the conversion in F sorry) for 25/30 mn, just check.
