Philippines Crucifixions from Decoding Christianity

Every year on Good Friday, Christian believers in the Philippines undergo crucifixion as a sign of their faith and desire for penitence. This clip is from DECODING CHRISTIANITY, a HD documentary series which sets out to unravel the mysteries at the heart of Christian art and architecture. Over six episodes, the presenter's quest takes him to far-flung corners of the earth, on a journey into Christianity in all its fascinating and colourful manifestations.

DECODING CHRISTIANITY begins on VisionTV in Canada on March 19th 2008 and TG4 in Ireland on April 16th. Also coming soon to the U.S. on the Smithsonian Channel and Wales on S4C.

Jesus Christ did already in the cross we don't need to re-enactment. When Christ hang on the cross he already paid our SIN. All we need is to accept him AS OUR PERSONAL SAVIOR and repent to our SIN. Christ said in the cross it is FINISHED.

These are NOT "Christian believers" as the caption says. A Christian has received the only crucifixion and resurrection from the dead that really matters, the one where God become flesh, Jesus the Savior died a Roman crucifixion but rose from the dead, offering forgiveness of sin to all who will simply receive this free gift. anyone who believes there is something he/she can do to attain heaven, or God's love/favor is deceived.
