pumpkin seeds
& sunflower seeds ❤



* I n g r e d i e n t s *

— 2 parts SUNFLOWER SEEDS http://SUNFLOWER.life-regenerator.com

— 1 part PUMPKIN SEEDS http://PUMPKIN.life-regenerator.com

— SPRING WATER

— 1 Tablespoon NCP (Natural Choice Products) PROBIOTICS http://PROBIOTICS.life-regenerator.com




* P r e p *

— 1) Soak the SUNFLOWER SEEDS & PUMPKIN SEEDS together in spring water for 8-12 hours or overnight in a sprouting jar, if possible. http://SPROUTING.life-regenerator.com

— 2) Strain the water away from the seeds, and toss the seeds into your Vita-mix blender, or whatever blender is the best blender for you: http://BLEND.life-regenerator.com

— 3) Add around 1 cup of SPRING WATER and the PROBIOTICS and blend on high speed until well blended.

— 4) Holding it over a bowl, pour the resulting mixture through a nut milk bag http://NUT-MILK-BAG.life-regenerator.com , then, if you are short on time, squeeze the nut milk bag to work all of the mixture through, or ideally let the nut milk bag hang over the bowl and let it slowly drain

— 5) And voilà! What is left in the nut milk bag is the "CHEESE," now just serve and enjoy!

— 6) Whatever is left in the bowl is raw and vegan "MILK" and can be used as you wish, or you may drink it straight!

  • This is a very cool recipe! I think the probiotic really makes it work. I added some garlic and some fresh basil..and it came out so scrummy..but...the outer edges ended up looking very grey and dirty, I think that was because of the fresh basil, I would suggest trying dried herbs..which I will try this weekend. Thanx Dan! :-)

  • i germinated my almonds and i must have done it all wrong because after i rinsed it and let it dry i put it in a container and they all grew mold within 8 hours? what did i do wrong lol???

I have adapted a healthier diet and I am trying to stay away from cheese, (they have casomorphines that addict us) but then you probably knew that!
