While France used to be a great military power, now he is more known for his wine, art and culture. Always a flirt, France aims to spread beauty everywhere he can.
France will be voiced by none other than fan favorite actor J. Michael Tatum! You may have heard him in such roles as Kyoya in Ouran High School Host Club, Dororo in Sgt. Frog, Lawrence in Spice and Wolf, and Doumeki in XXXHolic. Please welcome him in this clip where France discusses fashion points with some of his Allied friends!
