go east of the stunt ring, under the bridge. Position a ramp truck on the ground level so that it will launch you east to west through the ring. Look at 0:15-0:17 in this video, directly behind his character, for the approximate approach path. A 4* SUV will easily launch off the ramp and get you through it first try. This way seems incredibly hard, and judging from the fact that the ring will trigger as you do it the way I mentioned, it is probably the way it was intended by the programmers

Use the ramp you used to get ring 23. Bring it close to the fist then jump on it with your SUV. Throw the SUV on the fist (got it on my first attempt). Then put the ramp so it will face to the sea (like smackedinthejaw said). Get a car (don't need to be a fast one) and jump off the ramp so the ring will appear. Climb on the fist and get in your SUV. Your are done !

Finally got this fucker!

The jump itself isn't all that hard if you use ouduansilian's method.

Took me a lot of frustrated attempts and 3 when I was more relaxed after doing some easier rings.

One thing to note, if the ring isn't there, go onto the highway and drive towards the direction of the oil rig a lot and then drive all the way back. There seems to be some sort of trigger on that upper road to make the ring re-appear.

Seeing as this is one of the harder stunt ramps, and the fact that you didn't even show HOW to get the car up there in the first place, this particular video is shit.

The ring won't just appear like the others seem to, its a tricky one. Line up a ramp truck behind it (facing towards the sea) then try and jump a car through it. Ring should appear mid launch. Beware this one if phuckin tricky, took me about 30 mins and 15 or so cars before I got it!!

This video is simple and to any of you dumb noobs that don't understand it here goes. Pick up a 4* SUV. Where he lands at 1:00 you will see what look like little ramps. Stand on the yellow sides of these, then walk as close to the ring, remaining on the yellow, as you can. When you get to the end, jump and throw the SUV into the ring, after a few tries it should land on the fist. Thendrive away until you can see the Volk sign, then do as rold in the vid. Do in coop and keep one guy in ring.

You have 9 mins to make a fucking video so do it right. Most of these vids are helpful only for the location of the ring and this one is so bad a four year old could've done better. You're a tool.
