here is a rough sketch of a woman standing
in a weird pose.

at first i had no intention of drawing a person.
but suddenly after i had this strange eight-shape
on the digital canvas a pose came into my mind.
so i started sketching and roughing it in and going
with the flow.

in the end i messed up the hair.
but it was fun non the less.

this is no tutorial.
no voiceovers.
this video is for entertainment purpose only!

if u dont like the music feel free to mute
and play your own.

enjoy!

  • why do u draw a circle in the leg zone?

  • @MrSilentEnding If I got your question right then I did that to lay down the position of the knee joints.

  • hehe i agree, pretty strange porportions etc, but i like the flow and the way you draw :)

  • its feet are a nice shape :O

  • @nx3fox i think he means the really big circle in the beginning. =] just tryna help

  • @nx3fox yes thanks, and sorry for my bad english i'm italian and i'm trying to learn to draw people from my immagination

  • I like the pose ;o

  • @dmitrev The feet are only too big if they were going for a realistic style. Tons of people draw hands/feet bigger than they actually are. It's just a style some people like. Just like Manga having huge eyes/heads...

  • I like the shape you used for construction on the pelvis area. Really though when it comes to construction lines, its all about personal prefrence and how it helps the artist. As long as the artist understands the bones, they can define their own style off of that. Thumbs up.
