@PaulAndrewOcfemia danzo dies before the title is made official and tusnade wakes up before kakashi so naruto would be the first, not only that but thats one ugly ass baby in the beginning

@PaulAndrewOcfemia god Danzo was a temporary he had the power of the hokage but wasn't the hokage (spoiler) and Tsunade recovers before Kakashi became the 6th so there still have only been 5 hokages
