@RandomMadnessityer It's usually on by default (to my knowledge). Nonetheless, right click a piece of video media > Properties. In the video event tab there should be radio buttons for 'resample'. You'll want to click over to either 'Force Resample' or 'Smart Resample'. It seems to be set to 'Smart Resample' for me by default.
