Like Spinning Plates - Radiohead cover - an arrangement for voice and guitar

Today, 2nd of Jan 2010 and what have I got? A f...ing fever. Thirty-eight-and-f...ing-half degrees.

So, what to do in such a case?
Obviously, to break my neighbour's balls at 1:00 am playing this. Almost got no voice, but who cares.
I followed fabfour84's suggestion: I tried to arrange Like Spinning Plates.

I took the song from Radiohead's album Amnesiac, I wrote down the chords and started playing until a somewhat definite arrangement came out. I've been careful not to end up with something too much similar to Thom Yorke's piano/voice version (which I adore of course, but still prefer the Amnesiac track).
