Why do you have to have such a pointless and long intro.. it's really annoying... if you didn't have it, you wouldn't need 6 parts to a video.. Jeeze..

You can make it glow by: once making the canvas 64 by 64, you go to filter>blur>gaussian blur; set it to 5(it doesn't have to be 5...), then click ok. Lastly save as... < like its' shown on the video, and your put it in focus(in the theme conveter) and your done...

Thanks!!! you realy hlped on 6:37 becuase some other video just told me about the size and it kept saying needs to be 32 bit!

Fireworks i fitted my image to 480x272. then i SAVE AS "fireworks png"..from there i looked for my wallpaper image then i opened it with MS PAINT.then SAVE AS 24bmp.from there put it in the theme converter...idk if that helps anyone but to me it seems easier to do.
try that.
