oh.. and then he says hes going to sue the store for emotional distress and something else because he has a bad back .... and apperently he hurt it lifting (when he looked fine btw and had no problem with it)
when he could of asked for help in the first place ....
i cant count how many times ive gotten frustrated and wanted to pop the stupid people that go there

will .. heres a story from my retail experience ... a guy was bringing in a mini fridge with his son... he leaves his vehicle in the fire lane (1st mistake) the greeter asks him to move his vehicle to avoid a ticket ... a few minutes later i tell him to move his vehicle.. he doesnt move ... the greeter asks him one last time to move ... he doesnt .... well he gets a ticket .. i tell him.. he starts yelling at me for not telling the cop hes inside returning something..

i might be working in fast food myself soon .... i used to work retail and those people can be a pain in the ass as well
i wish my hair was still as long as yours though ...

People get very frustrated when their habitual patterns get interrupted. At least your customers LIKE the place, that's a plus. No reason to take it out on you, though!

Its funny how fast news gets around. The store closed yesterday and I worked at a different store today and the first thing the RGM of that store said was "so, I hear you got blamed for your store closing..."

If you look into the camera, it feels like you're talking to us... like eye contact. I need that lol. You don't do that enough :-(

If I look at the camera, I see the monitor, which means I see the window of myself on the screen, which makes me feel like I'm talking to myself in the mirror, which is weird for me.
