this is a clip of me switching on my hydroxy station, its the follow up of a clip showing a walk around of my station order of setup.
The cell is quite small and does'nt really warrant the over size tube and a radiator but in the future i hope to build a larger cell to replace it or maybe remove my bypass ball valve and put it in parallel with the other cell.

  • great work friend you could make a very nice torch out off this device . you totaly get it wen it comes to the importance of elite flow for optimum cell output

  • Thanks NOBOX7, your right, it would make a nice torch, on this clip i was using a 200A inverter welder as a psu, obviously it didnt know it was switched on at this low output.

I have a better suited bench power supply for my 14v cells at 5-15v variable at 30A but the welder would kick ass with a suitable 40v cell at 2v per plate.

  • THIS IS A VERY NICE SET-UP......

  • Thanks vox, i'm just building a new cell to suit the voltage, i will post a update video when it's finished explaining whats new and also have a close look at the power supply.

  • Really nice setup . Thanks for posting.

  • Thanks, I will post other clips as progress is made.

I have now lowered the mesh bubble trap in the reservoir and that allows a larger settling chamber.

  • hey friend , i had big problems using a inverter welder, it was rated at 49 volts 80 amps but my testing was only able to get 5 amps out of it and it would only crank out 11 volts ??? i dont get it
