@7Nevermore9 No, they got a license to sample it, but Allen Klein sued them (succesfully) arguing that they used "too much" of the song. After that Andrew Loog Oldham (who owns this) also filed a suit, though the dispute seems to be between Oldham and Klein, because money has been paid out that Loog Oldham hasn't received.
