@ TbabyVocals1 Whenever I can I walk/jog on the treadmill for 45 minutes and work with weights for 10 minutes. Besides that I eat the right foods and foods within my daily points though I have eaten more zero point vegetables and fruit. Started this weighing 282 all the way down to 212.4 as of today.

Weight Watchers really does work. I lost almost 30 pounds in two months. The only reason I gained it back was because I did not stick to the plan after I quit. I believed I could do it on my own and lost all control and went back to the eating habits I had. To lose weight on Weight Watchers, you MUST stick with it. WEIGHT WATCHERS REALLY DOES WORK!!!! TRUST ME!

Yes people do loose weight.. but in 5/6years regain it!! there is NO science that prooves that basing meals on starchy foods, eating low fat meat,or dairy and the quontities the pyramid advices is the ideal diet for everybody!! please read the blog on ww done by Zoe Harcombe!! all the best!!

hi!! Have u ever wondered who is behind the food pyramid or the food plate? good science or conflict of interess!? Low fat low calories food are soooo good in your opinion!??? running for 2hrs is good for you? how can u prove it!? i mean as science.. what studies have shown the answer to weight problem is ww diet,or low fat&calories food and running?? No One Should follow WW diet!!
