This is my 1992 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. It has a custom stanles exhaust with mandrel bends, high flow cat, and a flow-through Magnaflow series II 2.75 muffler. the entire system is 2.75 inches. grrr.

As a sad update last spring(2008) the Cadillac suffered a blown head gasket. the cost was $1700 for a repair given the engine was not hurt and $ 3000 for a new engine. I traded the car in on a new Impreza. the dealer never noticed the car was down on power and sold it as was for $6000. it was seen a few weeks later on the side of the road with smoke billowing form the open hood.

  • Lol jus chillin walkin barefoot! lol nice sounds though

  • @Chyne20 thanks man! when u ride in a caddy ur always comfy!

  • Are Cadillacs always expensive to repair, like say if you go to the dealership? I have always wanted a Cadillac but people say the repairs are pricey.

  • @JJ9715 ya pretty much. it is a luxury car so u pay the price. like i said, i paid $6500 in 2 and a half years for repairs on mine. some was upgrades like the exhaust, but other was just repair. to put it in perspective my '08 impreza was $7500 for 3 years on a lease. but i will say having the caddy was fun.

  • @JJ9715

I own bmw e 34 525i m\gear 215 - 233 bhp lightened body sport exhaust and air intake, good (not like "ricer" 's cars) tuned. changed interior to recaro (4)seats. Yes it costed me. So what im telling you is as follows:

If you REALLY wanted caddy you dont give a !@#$ about price. OFC if you really want to love your car.

Thx 4 reading that much =)

  • @Omigodable i agree to a point... i spent almost $7k on this car in 2 years. when it takes away from other toys, it gets too costly. plus u ad in girls and drinkin into the budget... ya some times u have to cut ur losses. a blown motor was mine. keep on motoring bud!!!

  • even if car had a blown head gasket and the dealership knew they still wouldnt care they would still sell the car to the next sucker walkin the door

  • evil sound

  • @mike49418

be cheaper to buy the tools and do it urself, even go to night schools to learn how?

I only ever buy older cars with no electronics so I can fix them, I even went to school to study the electronic side but the instruments needed cost the earth and need changing every year!

  • @tpvalley I believe that price is with labor, I had a 91 Deville with a blown intake manifold gasket, and they quoted me $1200 for the repair. I ended up selling the car, due to constant repairs..It just got annoying and expensive!

  • I give you my full respect Beautiful car Damn sounds good and i Totally respect how you left the stock wheels on it i dislike them 22 inch rims my fuck they look stupid
