<3 The video,& song.But what i don't get is how when people make Sae fan videos,the don't use scenes with Mio & Mayu in Sae & Yae kimonos,i mean Sae & Yae are they're past lifes right?

Nope. Sae and Yae's souls aren't even freed from this plane until after the events of the first two games. My favorite theory as to why the villagers seem to see Mio and Mayu as the Kurosawa twins is because they are both possessed by their spirits: Mio by Yae's when she sees her crying and Mayu by Sae's when she chases the butterfly into the forest.
